- Orders of 1–8 kits ship individually in 7x9 rigid mailers with $2.61 postage for each order
- Orders of 9–12 kits ship via Canada Post flat rate parcel to save on shipping

Our products are handcrafted in small batches using fresh, natural ingredients and are designed to be used within 3 months of delivery for best results. Because we don’t use preservatives or synthetic stabilizers, we can’t guarantee the quality or safety of any product once it has left our care.
We also recognize that effectiveness depends on correct usage—including:
- Using the right number or type of sachets for the space
- Placing them properly (hung, not resting on surfaces)
- Storing them away from heat, light, or moisture before use
Once a product is delivered, we have no way of knowing how it’s been stored, handled, or applied. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

- Maintain the integrity of our small-batch process using the freshest of oils along with seasonal rotation practices
