Why All Sales Are Final
Our products are handcrafted in small batches using fresh, natural ingredients and are designed to be used within 3 months of delivery for best results. Because we don’t use preservatives or synthetic stabilizers, we can’t guarantee the quality or safety of any product once it has left our care.
We also recognize that effectiveness depends on correct usage—including:
- Using the right number or type of sachets for the space and/or scenario (ie: regular defense or target sachets)
- Placing them properly (hung with risk of falling or placed in approved container - please see our General tab for safe placement of our product in your storage area)
- Storing them away from heat, light, or moisture before use
Once a product is delivered, we have no way of knowing how it’s been stored, handled, or applied. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
